How to access personal information on your SIID account

Accessing files

If you are using your desktop to access and upload files into your SIID account, it is likely all of your files are already on your computer. If you did not upload the files in your project and you do not have Contributor access to the project, you must contact the Project Owner to request permission to download the file. 

Accessing account and hardware information

For information beyond the files that you store on SIID, you can sign in to the website and go to the settings page to see account information like the name and email address for your account.

Privacy information and data access requests

If you would like to submit a data access request, please contact us at privacy@siid.ai with the words "Data Access Request" in the subject or body of your message.
