How to invite collaborators to cases

You may be able to invite people to your SIID case depending on your role and permissions. If you are a case Owner you can invite new people to a case. Users can also invite new people to a SIID case if given Contributor permission by the case Owner.

Invite people to your SIID Case

Case Owners and Contributors can invite people individually with email. To do this:

1. Sign in to siid.ai.
2. Click on the case that you’d like to invite a team member to.
3. Click the “+” button next to case Team located at the top-center of the page.
4. Enter the team members’ email addresses and use the dropdown to assign permissions to the member
5. Click Update Team.
